Lisa Kendall is Chief Executive Officer of LIVunLtd, setting the strategic direction for the business and working closely with the leadership team to move key priorities forward. Her focus is on growth, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring the organization stays aligned as it continues to expand across North America.

Lisa began her career in corporate finance before moving into the fitness industry, where her responsibilities grew across both fitness management and equipment businesses in Canada and eventually the broader LIVunLtd platform. She is particularly proud of helping bring together the company’s capabilities across consulting, design, management, equipment, and service to create a more complete solution for clients.

Lisa also enjoys playing the piano, although she admits her enthusiasm occasionally exceeds her talent.

Brian Buccino is Chief Operating Officer of LIVunLtd, overseeing the day-to-day operations of its management business across North America. His focus is on developing strong teams, improving how the business operates, and delivering better outcomes for clients.

Brian began his career on Wall Street before moving into luxury fitness and hospitality, where he found an opportunity to combine his longstanding interest in health and performance with a passion for developing people and leading teams. That experience also introduced him to servant leadership, a philosophy that continues to shape his approach today. At LIVunLtd, he is particularly proud of helping guide the company through significant growth while developing future leaders and building long-term client partnerships.

Outside of work, Brian has been strength training for more than 30 years and still meal preps every weekend. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, volunteering as an usher at church, and fitting in a workout whenever he can.

Denise Gordon-Mohamud is Chief Financial Officer of LIVunLtd, overseeing the company’s financial processes, controls, and performance. She works closely with leaders across the business to support sound decision-making and ensure financial operations remain disciplined and effective.

Denise began her career in corporate fitness management before expanding her experience across fitness equipment, lifestyle management, and other areas of the amenity industry. Throughout her career, she has helped integrate multiple acquired businesses, bringing financial processes and teams together across newly combined divisions.

When she is not testing the limits of the latest AI tools, Denise enjoys cooking spicy meals without a recipe, relying instead on whatever ingredients and inspiration she can find in the kitchen.

Danny Dulkin is President of Consulting & Development at LIVunLtd, leading the design and development of fitness, wellness, and aquatic environments across the country. He works with clients and teams throughout the development process, from early planning and design through delivery and operations.

Danny has built his career around bringing complex amenity projects from concept to completion, with experience spanning hundreds of fitness, wellness, and aquatic environments across a wide range of markets. A lifelong athlete with experience at both the collegiate and professional levels, he holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and a PMP certification.

Zachary Brown is Executive Vice President of Fitness Equipment Service at LIVunLtd, leading service operations across the United States and Canada, along with recreational management in select markets. His focus is on building strong teams, improving day-to-day operations, and delivering reliable support for clients.

Zachary has spent much of his career in operations, beginning with large-scale waterpark management before expanding into recreation and fitness. He helped build LIVunLtd’s service business into a successful standalone operation and has also supported the opening and ongoing operation of waterparks across multiple states.

Before family life took center stage, Zachary was an avid skydiver, completing more than a dozen jumps. He is also credited as a production assistant on three episodes of Forensic Files, working with the reenactment and editing teams.

Tonya Faganely is Senior Vice President of Fitness Management at LIVunLtd, leading its corporate fitness portfolio and working closely with teams and clients to ensure programs and facilities operate effectively and meet the needs of their members.

Tonya joined the company in 1996 as a fitness instructor, yoga and Pilates teacher, and personal trainer before moving into account management and a series of regional and executive leadership roles. Over nearly three decades with LIVunLtd, she has helped guide the design, development, launch, and ongoing operation of fitness facilities while continuing to play an active role in yoga instruction and teacher training.

Tonya is a longtime house music fan and playlist enthusiast. After more than 30 years of teaching yoga, she still enjoys pairing the right mix of funky, soulful, and chilled tracks with each class.

Trevor Irwin is Vice President of Fitness Equipment Sales at LIVunLtd, leading sales strategy across commercial and consumer markets in Canada. He oversees the sales team and national dealer network while helping clients identify the right fitness equipment solutions for their spaces and programs.

Trevor’s connection to fitness began as an athlete, playing football at the University of Calgary and later competing with the Canadian National Bobsleigh Team. He went on to build his career in fitness equipment sales and facility design, working across higher education, recreation, and corporate environments. One of his most unconventional projects involved designing and outfitting a fully functional fitness room inside a moving train car.

Trevor is an avid listener of espionage and political thrillers and has an Audible library to prove it.

Jewel Sherard is Human Resources Director at LIVunLtd, leading the team across the United States and Canada. She works closely with teams across the business, with a focus on culture, talent, employee relations, and helping people succeed in their roles.

Jewel has built her career in Human Resources, with experience spanning talent acquisition, organizational development, strategic planning, and employee relations. She is particularly passionate about helping teams navigate challenges, creating supportive work environments, and ensuring people have what they need to do their best work.

Outside of work, Jewel is an avid holiday enthusiast, a persistent hopeful for a Hogwarts acceptance letter, and a dedicated home barista who takes her daily espresso—and latte art—very seriously.

Abbie Newman is Chief Business Development Officer at LIVunLtd, focused on growing the business and building long-term client relationships. She works closely with clients and teams to identify opportunities and bring the right capabilities together around their needs.

Abbie has played a foundational role in LIVunLtd’s growth and evolution, helping shape its approach to amenity design, activation, and management. Her experience spans business development and amenity operations, with a particular focus on creating spaces and programs around how people actually live and use amenities. Throughout her career, she has helped grow relationships across some of the industry’s largest and most complex residential amenity environments.

Abbie’s entrepreneurial streak has taken her beyond the amenity industry, including owning both a restaurant and a nightclub. She also speaks fluent Italian and is currently learning French.

David Bernstein is Vice President of Development Services at LIVunLtd, helping clients plan and develop fitness environments from concept through execution. He brings deep expertise across fitness equipment, athletic flooring, locker systems, and facility development.

David has spent his career in commercial fitness, holding senior leadership roles focused on growth, facility solutions, and a wide range of market segments. His experience across both equipment and facility development gives him a practical understanding of how the individual components of a fitness environment need to work together.

Dean DiMaso is Vice President of Management Services at LIVunLtd, working with clients across fitness and wellness facility operations, strategic planning, program development, design, equipment procurement, and ongoing management. His focus is on creating amenity environments that are engaging for users and practical to operate.

Dean brings experience across both the operational and development sides of the fitness industry. A lifelong athlete with a background in competitive hockey, baseball, wrestling, and bodybuilding, his connection to fitness and performance continues to shape how he approaches the spaces and programs he supports.

Ryan Mitchell is Vice President of Development Services at LIVunLtd, working with clients to plan and develop fitness, wellness, and amenity environments across a range of markets. His focus is on understanding each client’s goals and helping translate them into practical solutions.

Ryan has built his career in the fitness and wellness industry through leadership roles spanning commercial fitness, amenity development, and consultative sales. His experience across different markets gives him a broad perspective on how fitness environments need to function for both operators and end users. He is also a former collegiate football player at the University of Pennsylvania.

Christopher Provost leads design and technical coordination at LIVunLtd, overseeing facility design across fitness, wellness, and lifestyle environments. He works closely with project teams to ensure design intent, technical requirements, and code considerations are aligned throughout the development process.

With a background in architecture and extensive experience designing complex amenity spaces, Chris brings a detail-oriented approach to turning concepts into functional, buildable environments. He holds a B.S. in Architecture.
