This Privacy Policy (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d or \u201cPolicy\u201d), except as otherwise set forth below, applies to the collection and use of Personal Information by LIV unLtd LLC together with its Corporate Affiliates (as defined below) listed at amenitycollective.com\/our-brands (referred to herein collectively as \u201cTAC,\u201d \u201cCompany\u201d, or \u201cwe,\u201d or \u201cus,\u201d or \u201cour\u201d), provided that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following Corporate Affiliates (which have adopted a separate privacy policy that is available on the websites for such entities). The Policy describes the Company\u2019s practices regarding the collection, use, disclosure, and sale of Personal Information based on your interactions with us, including on our websites, applications, mobile apps, forums, blogs listed at amenitycollective.com\/our-brands (together with any subdomains, each a \u201cSite\u201d and collectively, the \u201cSites\u201d), and other online or offline offerings and your other interactions with us (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
